In the rhythm of my daily life, I’ve learned to find comfort through faith, reflection, and connection. Scripture is my anchor—especially promises like those in Isaiah 30:15—which remind me that strength is found in quietness and trust. Writing is more than expression for me; it’s a path to clarity and healing, whether I’m crafting devotionals, letters to my daughter, or unpacking chapters of my story. I find peace in purposeful stillness, rest, and emotional honesty—refusing to mask pain with busyness or false strength. Instead, I embrace the real work of healing by facing grief and reconciling with loved ones slowly, thoughtfully, and with care. Joy plays a role too, as I use humor and creativity to lift the atmosphere around me. All of this is rooted in a hope-filled outlook—trusting that my past does not define me, but rather prepares me for a future of deeper purpose and ministry.
